Villa le Rocce is a splendid villa with swimming pool surrounded by greenery and located on top of the exclusive hill overlooking the Beach of Cannelle, Giglio Island.
The Bianco flat is located inside Villa le Rocce with an independent entrance and is elegantly furnished and complete with all comforts: Smart Tv, air conditioning in all rooms, hairdryer, mosquito nets on doors and windows.
The flat consists of a living room with two sofas (one of which has a comfortable 160×190 h. 20 double sofa bed), a dining corner with table and chairs (for eating inside), a bedroom with double bed and large fitted wardrobes, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a large shower from whose window you can enjoy a wonderful view of the bay, hairdryer.
Outside there is a large terrace, fully furnished with a dining table, 4 chairs, a Kartel sofa and two sun loungers.
Guests have a free car at their disposal with which they can reach the many restaurants and other places on the island in a few minutes.

Enjoy moments of pure relaxation and fun in Villa le Rocce’s beautiful swimming pool. Dive in to cool off or relax on one of the poolside loungers with a wonderful sea view.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, microwave oven, dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, lids, kitchen knives, scissors, tea towels, coffee maker, oil, vinegar, fine and coarse salt, sugar, spices.

The cost of linen for the apartment Bianco is for stays of one week 100 €, for stays of up to 3 nights it is 50 €.
For one-week stays, linen is changed on arrival and during mid-week cleaning. For stays of 1-3 nights the linen is changed on your arrival. If you would like more frequent changes of linen, please let us know in advance so that we can organise the laundry and inform you of the rate.
Cleaning
Cleaning is an obligatory service.
The cost for the apartment Bianco is for stays of one week 120 €, for stays of up to 3 nights it is 60 €.
Cleaning is done for one-week stays twice, on Tuesdays or Wednesdays and on Saturdays when leaving. For stays of 1-3 days, cleaning is done at the end of the stay.
If you want additional cleaning you have to agree directly with Francesco (the caretaker of the Villa), the cost of cleaning is 20 € per hour.

Swimming pool with sun loungers and tables and a large realx area furnished with a coffee machine and water dispenser
Custodian
Francesco, the caretaker, picks you up at (and brings you back to) the ferry and will be there every day to look after the common areas and for small tasks.
Car / Scooter
We provide our guests with a car or scooter free of charge, depending on the choice of flat.
