Booking from our website
Villa le Rocce is a private villa that we, the Rotelli family, use to enjoy our holidays on the beautiful island of Giglio.
By booking directly from our site one of the flats or the whole villa, you will be in contact with one of the brothers, Fabrizio, who will be happy to give you information and useful advice for your holiday.
It is always advisable to book directly from our site: you will find the most advantageous rates and there are no additional costs such as percentages on booking platforms.
Arrival and Departure

Villa le Rocce is located above the Cannelle beach a few kilometres from Giglio Porto, where you arrive by ferry from Porto S. Stefano, Monte Argentario.
Ferry transfers
Check-in and check-out
On the day of arrival the flats are available from 4 pm, on the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate them by 10 am.
In case of arrival before check-in time, there is the possibility to leave your luggage safely so that you can immediately start your holiday by the pool or around the island.
Arrival without a car
We provide either a car or a scooter ideal for discovering the island even without your own vehicle.
Custodian
Caretaker of Villa le Rocce
Francesco, the custodian of the villa, takes care of picking you up at the port of Giglio Island to accompany you to the villa on your arrival. The same is done on your departure.
Francesco also takes care of keeping areas such as the swimming pool, relaxation area and green areas tidy, as well as maintaining the villa. You can turn to him in case you need or to report if something is not working in the flats.
Please remember that we are on an island, unfortunately sometimes it is not possible for us to solve problems quickly, as is the case on the mainland.
Francesco has been a family friend for a very long time and lives on Giglio all year round; you will find that he is also a very useful source of information.
Myself, Fabrizio, can be reached on the phone at any time.
Swimming Pool
Pool, solarium and relaxation area
Dive in to cool off or relax on one of the poolside sun loungers with spectacular views of the Bay of Cannelle.
In addition to the sunbathing area, there is a relaxation zone with a coffee pod machine and a drinking water dispenser.
Children
Facilities for the little ones
Services available to parents with children aged 0-5 (included in prices):
- Two camp beds for children aged 0 to 4
- High chair with tray (Ikea)
- Car seat
- Inflatable bed for children aged 5 to 12 years
Linen and Cleaning
Mattresses
All mattresses and pillows are new and state-of-the-art. The mattresses are of high quality and anti-allergic.
Linen
A linen set is provided for all guests at an extra charge.
Linen is changed twice a week (during flat cleaning). It can also be changed more frequently on request.

Cleaning
The flats will be cleaned at the end of the stay.
For stays of one week, cleaning will also be done once during the week. You can agree the day directly with Francesco.
If you would like additional cleaning, you have to agree this with Francesco.

Cars and Scooters
Own car
For each flat there is the possibility to park the car inside the villa.

The following means are included in the price:
- The Ponte di Comando flat has a car
- The Bianco flat has a car
- The Blu flat has a 125cc scooter incl. two helmets
- The Giallo flat has a 125cc scooter incl. two helmets
Water and Waste
Tap Water
In Giglio island the tap water comes from a desalination plant and is not drinkable, but you can safely cook or brush your teeth with it.
There is a free dispenser of drinking water (sparkling and still) in the relaxation area of the villa.

No catering
We do not serve breakfast and do not do catering. We are not professionals but private individuals who rent out their own home.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in the house. There are plenty of outdoor terraces where you can do so.
Outside the high season
Many tourist activities close. If you arrive on the last ferry, the one leaving Porto Santo Stefano at 19.00, remember that when you arrive in Giglio at 20.00, the food shops are closed. The pharmacy, the medical centre, some food shops, some bars and restaurants remain open all year round.
Payment and Billing
Reservations and Booking
A deposit of 40% is required to confirm the booking. The balance must be paid on arrival by credit card, debit card or instant transfer.
POS
For payments in the villa we also have a SumUp POS that accepts the main debit/credit cards also in contactless mode with your smartphone.
