The apartment is equipped with every comfort and finely furnished with stylish details. Included for exclusive use for the duration of your stay is a car to discover Giglio Island.
Villa le Rocce is a splendid villa with swimming pool surrounded by greenery and located on top of the exclusive hill overlooking the Beach of Cannelle, Giglio Island.
The Ponte di Comando apartment is located inside the villa with an independent entrance. The spacious apartment consists of a large and well-equipped eat-in kitchen, which can accommodate up to 10 people seated comfortably.
A large living room with panoramic windows and a breathtaking view of the sea and nearby Argentario. The living room is elegantly furnished with three leather sofas, coffee table, bookcase, bar cabinet, Smart TV.
First double bedroom with bathroom (shower and bathtub, hair dryer), large closets and large bedside table with designer lamp and furnished terrace with beautiful sea view.
Second very large double bedroom with a comfortable closet and chest of drawers, two designer perspex armchairs, two bedside tables with lamps (both by Kartell), private access to large furnished terrace, sea view.
Third finely furnished double bedroom, smaller but no less attention to detail. It has a double bed, bedside tables and original Kartell lamps and a chest of drawers where you can arrange your clothes.
The second bathroom with shower and hairdryer, located in the corridor, belongs to the latter two rooms.
The exteriors consist of, several furnished terraces a large barbecue area furnished with wooden table (16 comfortable seats) and a large brick barbecue. All this is surrounded by a terraced Mediterranean garden composed of hedges, olive trees, succulents, etc.
The apartment has one car park.
Guests have a free car with which in a few minutes you can reach the many restaurants and other places on the island.

Swimming Pool
Enjoy moments of pure relaxation and fun in Villa le Rocce’s beautiful swimming pool. Dive in to cool off or relax on one of the poolside loungers with a wonderful sea view.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, oven, microwave, large refrigerator, dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, lids, kitchen knives, scissors, tea towels, coffee maker, oil, vinegar, fine and coarse salt, sugar, spices.
Barbecue
Large barbecue area furnished with table and chairs (16/18 comfortable seats) and a brick barbecue. All surrounded by a terraced garden.
On request, Francesco will be happy to organise your barbecue and final cleaning (paid service).
Important: given the high risk of fires at Giglio, don’t leave the burning embers at the mercy of the winds after you have finished your barbecue!

The cost of linen for the apartment Ponte di Comando is for stays of one week 150 €, for stays of up to 3 nights it is 80 €.
For one-week stays, linen is changed on arrival and during mid-week cleaning. For stays of 1-3 nights the linen is changed on your arrival. If you would like more frequent changes of linen, please let us know in advance so that we can organise the laundry and inform you of the rate.
Cleaning
Cleaning is an obligatory service.
The cost for the apartment Ponte di Comando is for stays of one week 200 €, for stays of up to 3 nights it is 100 €.
Cleaning is done for one-week stays twice, on Tuesdays or Wednesdays and on Saturdays when leaving. For stays of 1-3 days, cleaning is done at the end of the stay.
If you want additional cleaning you have to agree directly with Francesco (the caretaker of the Villa), the cost of cleaning is 20 € per hour.

Swimming pool with sun loungers and tables and a large realx area furnished with a coffee machine and water dispenser
Custodian
Francesco, the caretaker, picks you up at (and brings you back to) the ferry and will be there every day to look after the common areas and for small tasks.
Car / Scooter
We provide our guests with a car or scooter free of charge, depending on the choice of flat.
